SEVERN VALLEY RAILWAY DIESEL GALA 8th - 10th October.
Months of hard work by the D821 Working party were rewarded when D821 'Greyhound' made a welcome return to traffic working all three days at the Severn Valley Railway Diesel Gala. The locomotive performed impeccably throughout with the last run on the Saturday being on load eight and a dead Class 50.
Thursday 8th and Friday 9th October the loco worked;
1211 Highley - Kidderminster and 1440 Kidderminster to Highley.
Saturday 10th October the loco worked;
1025 Kidderminster to Bewdley and 1134 Bewdley to Kidderminster.
1320 Kidderminster to Highley and 1611 Highley to Kidderminster.
Thursday October 8th.
